What this website is for
This website provides general information about Little Leaps, our Basildon and Grays settings, our team, early-years learning, funded childcare and ways to contact or visit us.
The website is intended primarily for parents, carers and other adults seeking information about our services. It is not designed for children to use independently.
Not a childcare agreement
Information on this website does not form a childcare contract, offer or guarantee of a place. Requesting or attending a visit does not reserve a place or require Little Leaps to accept a registration.
Childcare arrangements are subject to availability, suitability, registration requirements, agreed fees and separate terms supplied during the admissions process.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep website information clear and current. Nursery hours, availability, fees, funded-entitlement rules, staffing, activities, policies and other arrangements may change and should be confirmed directly with the relevant setting before you rely on them.
Government funding and eligibility information is provided as general guidance. Families remain responsible for checking their eligibility through the appropriate official service and providing any required codes or evidence.
Official Ofsted reports and provider records are controlled by Ofsted. Where the website links to those records, the official source should be treated as authoritative.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or connected services.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or material intended to disrupt the website.
- Use automated methods to scrape, overload or interfere with the service.
- Submit false, unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading information.
- Use website content or personal information in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
- Impersonate another person or submit information about a child without appropriate authority.
We may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence or report activity where misuse is suspected.
Book a Visit form
The Book a Visit form is provided through the Little Leaps website. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide information about any child named in the form.
A submitted request is not confirmed until a Little Leaps team member contacts you and agrees the arrangements. Please contact us again if you do not receive a response within a reasonable time.
Do not use the booking form for emergencies, urgent medical concerns or immediate safeguarding matters.
The public Book a Visit page uses a form built into the Little Leaps website.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abusive automated submissions. A request may not be accepted if the security check cannot be completed or validated; please contact the nursery by telephone or email if you have difficulty using the form.
Our content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, layout, photographs, graphics, logo, mascot and other content are owned by or licensed to Little Leaps and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and print or save reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish, sell, alter, distribute or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Little Leaps names, logos and mascot artwork must not be used in a way that suggests approval, partnership or endorsement without permission.
Links to other websites
The website links to third-party services and information, including Ofsted, GOV.UK, Childcare Choices and Tapestry support information where relevant. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that Little Leaps controls or endorses every part of the external service.
Third-party websites have their own terms, privacy information and accessibility arrangements. Little Leaps is not responsible for their content or availability. Louise Parfett owns the external-link review, supported by Thomas and the website support process, and links should be checked at least every 180 days.
Website availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website, every page or every external service will always be available or error-free.
We may change these terms when the website or our services change. The latest version will appear on this page.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, Little Leaps is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information that should reasonably have been confirmed directly, interruptions outside our reasonable control, misuse of the website, or third-party services and websites.
The website is provided for domestic and private use.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, although consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also have rights to bring proceedings in their local courts.
