I have been the owner of Little Leaps Daycare now for almost 13 years. I have a passion for working with children and their families and giving our children the best possible start to their early years journey. Over the past few years, we have built a very strong, consistent, and reliable provision, at both Grays and Basildon which is accessible for children from as young as birth to 13 years old. I am very proud of where we are today and look forward to our exciting future. I enjoy watching how quickly our children grow up into very happy, healthy, and bright young people. I thrive on making sure my provisions deliver the best possible care with our team undergoing frequent training and learning to mot only help them but help our future which is our children.

I enjoy my time at Little Leaps. They have helped me gain my Level 2 Childcare qualification and moved me forward to my Level 3 in September 2023. I enjoy helping the children work on their fine motor skills challenging them to use various equipment, such as scissors safely and master their skills further. I get all the children involved in circle games. I am SENCO and thrive on helping children of all abilities to thrive to their best potential. I enjoy messy activities with the children.

I have worked at Little Leaps for nearly a year now. After completing Level 1-3 in childcare qualifications over five years at college, I finally became qualified. I am both partially sighted and have mild hearing loss, so I wear glasses and hearing aids, making me work harder to get where I am today. I am so proud to work with children. I enjoy working with children setting up activities with their interests and needs in mind to help them learn and develop to their full potential. I enjoy quiet, focused activities and talking to the children about different topics.

I am the newest recruit to Little Leaps. I have recently become Level 2 Qualified, and considering I have never worked with children or young people in my past, I found the qualification very informative and enjoyed the learning. I enjoy outdoor activities with children and helping them develop their Gross Motor Skills. I enjoy craft activities and watching the children use their imaginations to make a masterpiece.
